BJL to Develop CRM Strategy for The Co-operative Bank


BJL has been appointed by The Co-operative Bank to further develop the business’ CRM communications strategy.

The agency said that it would be creating “compelling, relevant and timely” customer communications to address the challenges faced by financial institutions.

“BJL’s areas of expertise complement those of our team here and I’m delighted to have them on board to help deliver against our 2018 business objectives and beyond,” said Alastair Pegg, marketing director at The Co-operative Bank.

BJL added that it would be drawing on its experience in the financial sector, with clients including Asda and Swinton Insurance.
